Currently, we are looking for qualified individuals for the following positions:

Welding/Laser Process Development Engineer
Responsibilities include: Operate multi-axis CNC laser systems by manipulating mechanical and control systems. Develop laser processes in laser drilling, welding, cladding and cutting. Conduct laser welding and cladding experiments on advanced alloys and composites. Apply coatings using laser powder deposition on various parts and devices. Perform metallurgical and failure analysis of welded structures. Manage several projects simultaneously (i.e. machine construction, parts production, and customer demonstrations). Recommend ideas for product research and development.

Qualifications include: Bachelors Degree in Material Science Engineering or Welding Engineering. Ability to define process problems and draw conclusions. Research experience with high temperature turbine engine materials. Use of Microsoft software on PC.

Program Manager & Turbine Component Repair Development
Responsibilities include: Plan, lead, organize, manage and promote the development and commercialization of new laser powder fusion repair technology. Our development will focus on turbine components such as blisks, integrally bladed rotors, impellers, blades, vanes, and shrouds. Coordinate collaboration between our customers and our internal personnel ( i.e. mechanical, control and laser process development engineers) to develop industry-leading laser repair technology systems and processes. Communicate effectively with customers, outside sales personnel, company management and engineering staff. Manage several projects simultaneously. Recommend ideas for product research and development.

Qualifications include: Bachelors Degree in Material Science Engineering, Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience. Demonstrate broad process experience in gas turbine repair process with preferred experience in welding. Familiarity with multi-axis CNC motion and control systems well as 3D digitizing technology. Knowledge of CAD software systems. Possess an understanding of AS9100, NADCAP or like processes and have a thorough understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principals. Ability to define process problems and draw conclusions. Strong planning, organization and communication skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft office programs.

Quality Control Technician
Responsibilities include: Inspect incoming customer product for shipping damage or dimensional errors. Sample supplier product to verify print requirements. Perform CMM inspections on parts as required by manufacturing plans and monitor SPC requirements. Sample inspection of finished manufactured parts, document results, create non-conformance reports if necessary and create certificates of conformance. Develop and maintain Quality Control procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications include: Five (5) years work experience in the Quality field. Two (2) year technical or math degree required; four (4) year technical degree preferred. CMM programming experience plus geometric dimensioning and tolerancing experience required. Knowledge of SPC programs such as Mini-Tab. ASQ Certified quality inspector required. Basic problem solving, mathematical and statistical analysis skills. Proficient in Microsoft office.

Field Service Engineer
The candidate must have mechanical and electrical experience with multi-axis CNC machine tools in the following areas. Installation, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and controls, ability to read electrical schematics, knowledge of electrical devices, I/O, ladder logic, spindles, closed loop servo systems, variable speed drives, power transmission devices, hydraulics/pneumatics and electronic test equipment. Industrial laser experience is a plus. Extensive global travel required.

Qualifications include: Two (2) years of technical school plus 2 years work experience, or, 5 years work experience. Proficient in the use of personal computers.

West Coast Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities include: Selling of Huffman grinder and laser systems and services, managing sales results against forecast, product mix targets and profit goals in a territory consisting of the Western Region of The United States. A larger territory is possible, depending on the candidate's experience and aptitude.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Five years CNC sales experience preferably with grinder and/or laser systems knowledge. Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills. The successful candidate will be a proven, results oriented individual capable of building strong customer relationships and engaging in business development strategies for the given territory.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Competitive commission program available.

Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities include: Selling of Huffman grinder and laser systems and services, managing sales results against forecast, product mix targets and profit goals in a territory consisting of the Northeastern portion of the United States. A larger territory is possible, depending on the candidate's experience and aptitude.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Five years CNC sales experience preferably with grinder and/or laser systems knowledge. Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills. The successful candidate will be a proven, results oriented individual capable of building strong customer relationships and engaging in business development strategies for the given territory.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Competitive commission program available.

Mechanical Assembler
Responsibilities include: Assemble standardized products from blueprints, work instructions and procedures. Individual will be required to follow ISO quality system procedures. Knowledge of basic set-up and operation of H/P laser interferometer and basic Fanuc CNC control functions. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics required. Perform various alignments and measurements ( i.e. motors, pulleys, rails, carriages etc.).

Qualifications include: High school or trade school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-year work experience in mechanical assembly. Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and use of micrometers and gages. Use of basic shop math and proficient in use of PCs Windows based Office programs. Must be able to work in a team environment where communication is extremely important.

Mechanical Project Engineer
Responsibilities include: Create new conceptual layouts, details, document new machinery, product designs, and application engineering. Create and maintain mechanical bills of material. Communicate throughout the organization and externally to see projects through to completion on time and within budget. Manage several projects simultaneously.

Must be able to influence individuals throughout the organization to establish machinery specifications, solve manufacturing problems, and assure that machine tools perform to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years work experience designing machinery, automation, or tooling. Proficiency in Solidworks, Autocad, MRP software, and Microsoft software on personal computers. Supervisory or Project management experience. Designs must be completed per ISO 9001 standards.
