The Technology

Huffman Multi-Axis Abrasive Waterjet Machining Systems use highly-pressurized water containing abrasive particles to cut, drill or clean complex shapes to near net size in metals, composites, glass and man-made fibers. These systems economically produce high-quality, burr-free and dust-free cuts in any direction. Materials are processed with an extremely narrow kerf with no material delamination or deformation. This process also does not create any heat-affected zones.
